I led the product strategy and B2B UX design for VAVE, a web-based tool created for carbon project developers to manage the registration, validation, and verification of carbon offset projects. Operating in a highly specialized and rapidly evolving market in the climate tech space, the goal was to simplify a complex and time-consuming process involving multiple stakeholders, including developers, validators, and registry bodies. We created an intuitive CRUD interface that supports transparency, compliance, and efficiency from end to end.
